1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fb77vip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: fb77vip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at fb77vip's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. You must complete the identity verification process before your first withdrawal request can be processed.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb77vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money Laundering: Using the fb77vip Platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction connected to criminal activity, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

7 Intellectual Property

8 Limitation of Liability

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. 12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and fb77vip, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. fb77vip is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and fb77vip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
